DESCRIPTION:Our partners from CENEX will host their Cenex-LCV and Cenex-CAM events on 6 and 7 September 2023 in UTAC Millbrook.  \nCENEX-LCV offers a prime platform for networking with influential figures and professionals in the UK\, presenting an ideal chance to highlight your business\, industry\, and technological advancements. \nThe event strives to demonstrate the UK’s expertise and establish it as a frontrunner in the development and utilization of low-carbon vehicle (LCV) technology\, increase awareness and foster confidence among organizations to embrace Zero Emission Vehicle technologies for both individual vehicles and fleet operations. \nCenex-Connected Automated Mobility (Cenex-CAM) was launched in 2019\, following three successful years of exhibiting and hosting seminars that highlighted Connected Autonomous Vehicle (CAV) technology and projects. This initiative combines four essential elements: a co-located Technology Exhibition held alongside Cenex-LCV\, an extensive Seminar Programme\, a dedicated Networking Area\, and the opportunity for participants to experience Test Rides. \nThis year\, LCV-themed sessions will be presented in the Main Plenary Hall\, while interactive sessions will be in the Workshop Dome. It will feature panel discussions\, workshops\, and site visits\, providing an opportunity to hear from policymakers\, leading projects\, and cutting-edge research in the field of regional mobility governance\, electromobility\, and decarbonization. \nThe event will cover topics such as measuring and monitoring mobility-related climate targets\, budgeting and funding for regions\, low-emission and zero-emission zones\, charging infrastructure for vehicles\, and partnerships for sustainable mobility and decarbonization. \nOne of the main focuses of the event will be on measuring and monitoring mobility-related climate targets. As cities and regions strive to meet decarbonization goals\, understanding and measuring these objectives becomes crucial.
