DESCRIPTION:POLIS’ Regions and Clean Vehicles & Air Quality working groups are organizing a two-day event in Arnhem\, Netherlands on September 11th and 12th\, 2023. The event aims to address key issues related to urban mobility in regions and cities. It will feature panel discussions\, workshops\, and site visits\, providing an opportunity to hear from policymakers\, leading projects\, and cutting-edge research in the field of regional mobility governance\, electromobility\, and decarbonization. \nThe event will cover topics such as measuring and monitoring mobility-related climate targets\, budgeting and funding for regions\, low-emission and zero-emission zones\, charging infrastructure for vehicles\, and partnerships for sustainable mobility and decarbonization. \nOne of the main focuses of the event will be on measuring and monitoring mobility-related climate targets. As cities and regions strive to meet decarbonization goals\, understanding and measuring these objectives becomes crucial.
